Buying Outdoor Seeds

The selection of the seeds a cannabis grower decides to use can only produce plants as well as can survive in the elements and some seeds were not bred for optimal outdoor growing.

Anyone that intends to have a marijuana crop reach harvest and planting outdoors will need to select a seed that has been bred for withstanding the elements and the other forces of nature. Certain strains have been bred to withstand weather conditions and thrive in the natural sunlight, while also having some natural resistance to pests and they are often a more bushy marijuana plant.

One of the best ways to find the right type of seed is by research, and of course there is the seeds saved from quality plants, unless they are known to be indoor grown it is possible they were from an outdoor crop.

When planting seeds indoors or outdoors genetics plays a large roll in how well the plants will do in that environment. While there is some seeds that will do well in both environments most do not, one of these types of seeds is the indica. One of the recommended strains for outdoor planting is the Sativa, as this strain of seeds does well in weather conditions and can be started indoors.

The choice of the seed is important and it can also be the deciding factor in how good of a harvest there will be when growing cannabis outdoors.
