Making A Weed Grow Box

Growing weed means having a designated space for the plants as they will need special care and there are ways to build a box system for growers that do not have the space to donate a full room to growing pot plants. A grow box can be made using 2 X 2’s and plywood or OSB board, molding, wood screws and hinges. Another type of grow box can be constructed using a large plastic container that can be purchased in home improvement stores, department stores and hardware stores as they are used for storage and can be bought in large sizes. These are not as stealthy as the wooden grow box, but if hiding the plants is not a concern, just the amount of room that can be donated to growing this is an easy way to have a grow box.

These grow boxes will still need lights, ventilation including fans and all of the other equipment of the grow room on a smaller level. Because even in a grow box wind, rain, sunlight and nutrients are still needed in order to have healthy pot plants.

Many of the plans for grow boxes can be found on the Internet and in books and one thing that will be common in all of the plans is the ventilation holes that are cut into the tops of the grow box.

The grow box can give a person the area they need to grow weed when they do not have a room, although the crop will be smaller, it can be done successfully and the maturing process can be rushed so that more plants can be grown.
