Ventilation For Hydroponics Crops

When growing using hydroponics, the marijuana plants will need ventilation and this can be done in several ways. Because the plants are being grown indoors the heat from the lighting can become to hot in the grow room and must be taken out of the room. To do this since it is in the house many growers have thought of ways to use this heat in other parts of the house.

One of the ways to use the heat in other parts of the house and cool the grow room a ceiling exhaust system can be installed, this is the type of fan that is installed in bathrooms. This will vent the heat into other rooms or into the attic and in cold areas it can be helpful in providing heat for the house. These types of fans can be purchased at hardware stores and at home improvement stores.

It warmer areas it can be vented to go outside of the house and not provide heat, but at the same time cool the growing room from the lighting. This is because the more watts of light in the room the better the cannabis does, and at the same time the hotter the room becomes.

Some grower’s use an air conditioner, which is equipped with a thermostat to allow the marijuana grow room to stay at a constant temperature.

There are also some lighting fixtures that can be purchased that have their own cooling system that will take care of the heat produced from the light bulb.
