Ventilation

Having the proper ventilation is important when growing cannabis and the more plants that are in an indoor garden the more important to ventilation becomes and one of the reasons for this is because plants breathe through their leaves. Without the proper ventilation the pores and leaves will become clogged and they will they will die, because this also allows them to rid themselves of any poisons.

The use of fan creates enough movement that it will stimulate the plants, just as plants outside would be stimulated by wind and this gives them the ability to grow healthier and stronger. With the marijuana plant the stock will become stronger and the leaves can become more full.

When growing just a few plants inside a closet, it is possible that by opening and closing the door while tending to the plants. It will create enough air movement for the plants to grow healthy without the use of any other type of ventilation such as a fan.

It is possible to grow marijuana in a room that has poor ventilation, however the plants will often have spindly stalks that will need to be staked up. One advantage to this is that it will push more resin into the leaves, as it is not concentrating on growing its stalk thick.

The amount of ventilation needed will depend on the amount of plants being grown indoors, in some cases for just a few marijuana plants all that will be needed is a small fan.
