Wearing Gloves When Tending The Ganja Crop

The person new to growing ganja may not know that whether the crop is indoors in soil, outdoors or a hydroponics garden, when tending the crop the grower needs to wear gloves.

There are reasons for wearing gloves; one of the reasons for this is that chemicals on the hands from soap residue, hand creams and other substances can harm the seeds, seedlings and the growing ganja plant.

There are other reasons why gloves should be worn when the crop is planted outdoors, the plants, pots and any tools that are used including fencing to keep the critters out should all be clean of fingerprints. This is for the growers protection, if the authorities find the hidden crop or they are alerted to it by someone passing by that sees the crop of ganja. One of the first things that the police will do is to take fingerprints and if this crop is hidden and not on your property then there is no reason to lead them to you by way of fingerprints.

Everything will be tested for fingerprints including the ganja leaves, so that means it is safest to wear surgical gloves when planting or caring for the crop. Fingerprints also mean do not leave the gloves behind, there can be fingerprints left on the inside of the gloves especially if they are a brand with cornstarch powder.

Any materials, pots or plants that are going to be taken to the hidden crop need to be fingerprint free, so a good habit to be in is to wear gloves no matter what care the plants are given.
